I love the change of seasons and many of you are relishing the joy of SPRING! With the beauty of spring there comes also a variety of allergies! Looking for a natural approach to dealing with the seasonal sniffles and itches?
I have never been one to suffer much from allergies and I cannot stand taking medicines which dry me up and make me feel like I’m in a haze, if I can at all help it. If anyone in my family feels a cold coming on we run for natural solutions such as a hydrogen peroxide rinse in our ears and rolling on Oregano essential oil on clean feet, diffusing On Guard, putting drops of Melaleuca- tea tree on our pillows and rubbing it on our chests with coconut oil and other homemade and highly effective ways to combat a cold. Try the Breathe essential oil line for stuffy noses and open up those airways!
Click on the essential oil pics above to learn more about them /or to order today! And keep those hands clean but NOT with antibacterial soap. By constantly removing bacteria our bodies can become immune to fighting it and then you’ll really get sick. Instead, use a cleaner, non toxic hand soap that is cheaper and lasts longer and STILL contains naturally occurring antibacterial properties ~ not artificially scented and chemically produced ones. Click on our Must Have Market and scroll down to Household Cleaners – find the castile soap and foam pumps along with the recipe for this hand soap in the description!
However ,my husband and son DO experience allergies and we need them in good shape for mowing the lawn among other homestead chores so I am forever thankful to find yet another use for the lovely essential oils and just so happen to have many of them on my shelf here at home!
LEMON, LAVENDER and PEPPERMINT area power packed combo! They also happen to be the most popular oils AND have a ton of uses separately or together! Order by clicking on the pic!
