Mango ice cream - no churn

Anyone can make this easy 3 ingredient recipe for no churn mango ice cream.  Mango could be substitutred with any fruit.  Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mango puree
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Gather your mangoes or fruit of choice or purchase from the store.  You'll need enough to make 2 cups of fruit puree.

  2. Whip the 2 cups cream until soft peaks form!

  3. Combine mango puree with sweetened milk then fold into the whipped cream until all 3 ingredients are incorporated.

  4. Pour ice cream mixture into a freezer safe tin such as a bread loaf pan.  Place in freezer for a minimum of 8 hours.  Cover with foil.

  5. Remove from freezer, scoop and delight in your easy and delicious 3 ingredient, no churn ice cream. Enjoy!
