Lay nuts of choice on a baking pan and roast raw nuts for 15-20 minutes at 325 degrees
Heat water and sugar plus optional spices in a skillet on medium high heat stirring until sugar dissolves.
Add roasted nuts into the sugar mixture and keep stirring until sugar has crystalized and no liquid remains.
Lay nut mixture on baking pan to cool and dry or further crisp the nuts by baking on the sheet pan for another 15 minutes.! Let cool and enjoy :)
